기관의 신청을 제출하시기 전 아래의 내용을 반드시 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

Guidelines for Application

2025 Literature Sharing Book Distribution Program

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Literature Sharing Book Distribution Program organized by the Korea Publication Industry Promotion Agency (KPIPA).
Please review the following information carefully before submitting your institution’s application.

지원 세부내용

• 한국출판문화산업진흥원(KPIPA)은 해외 기관을 대상으로 한국 도서를 현물(무상)로 지원합니다.

• 도서는 무상으로 제공되며, 기본적으로 DHL 익스프레스를 기반으로 한 최적의 방식으로 배송됩니다.

• 모든 도서는 KPIPA에서 지정한 「문학나눔 도서목록」 내에서만 선택 가능합니다.

• 각 기관은 도서별 1부씩 신청할 수 있습니다.

• 도서는 면세 품목이나 발생할 경우 한국출판문화산업진흥원(KPIPA)를 대행하여 공앤박에서 부담합니다.

Details of the Support

• The KPIPA provides in-kind support of selected Korean books to eligible overseas institutions.

• Books are supplied free of charge and shipped by the most optimal method based primarily on DHL Express.

• All books must be selected from the designated Literature Sharing Book List provided by KPIPA.

• Each institution may apply for a copy per title.

• Books are tax-exempt items; however, if any taxes arise, they will be borne by Kong & Park on behalf of the Korea Publication Industry Promotion Agency (KPIPA).

신청 지침

• 본 사업의 위탁 수행 기관인 공앤박(Kong & Park Inc.)이 신청 웹사이트 운영, 도서 선택 검토, 구매·배송·납품 절차를 담당합니다.

• 신청 가능한 도서의 세부 정보는 웹사이트에서 도서 썸네일을 클릭하거나 「2025 문학나눔 도서목록」을 다운로드하여 확인할 수 있습니다.

• 선택한 도서는 웹사이트에 자동 저장되지 않으므로, 원활한 신청을 위해 엑셀 파일을 미리 다운로드 후 선택 목록을 작성한 뒤 한 번에 신청 완료하실 것을 권장합니다.

• 신청이 확정되면 메일이 발송되며, 출고 시 한번 더 기관에 이메일로 안내됩니다.

Application Guidelines

• Kong & Park Inc., the designated contractor of KPIPA, is responsible for managing the application website, reviewing resource selections, and handling purchasing, shipping, and delivery.

• Detailed information about available titles can be viewed by clicking on the book thumbnails on the website or by downloading the 2025 Literature Sharing Book Distribution List.

• Selected titles are not saved automatically on the website. To ensure a smooth application, institutions are strongly encouraged to download the Excel file of available titles, make selections in advance, and then finalize the application in one session.

• Once the application is confirmed, the institution will be notified via email when the shipment is prepared.

신청 방법

1. 검색창을 이용해 도서를 검색합니다. (검색 가능 항목: 도서명, ISBN, 유형, 카테고리)

2. 원하는 도서를 오른쪽 체크박스를 클릭해 신청 목록에 추가합니다.

   “이 페이지 전체 선택” 또는 “전체 선택(345종)” 기능을 이용해 여러 종을 한 번에 선택할 수도 있습니다.

3. 체크아웃(Checkout)을 클릭하고 배송 정보를 입력합니다.

How to Apply

1. Use the Search bar to find titles (searchable by TITLE, ISBN, TYPE, CATEGORY).

2. Add desired titles to your application list using the checkbox on the right-hand side.

   • You may also use “Select All on This Page” or “Select All (345 Titles)” to add multiple titles at once.

3. Click Checkout and enter shipping information.
