한국국제교류재단의 2024년 현물자료지원사업에 대한 관심과 참여에 감사드립니다. 
다음 유의사항을 잘 확인하신 후에 희망하는 전자책을 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

Guidelines for Resource Selection

Thank you for your interest in the Korea Foundation’s 2024 Support Program for Korean Studies Resources. Please carefully review the following information and select your institution’s preferred EBOOKs. 

지원내용 

신청 기관에 한국 연구 자료를 전자책으로 지원합니다. 

- 신청기관에는 별도 이메일을 통해서 후속조치사항을 안내해 드립니다. 
- 이미 전자도서관을 개설하신 도서관은 정보를 보내지 않으셔도 됩니다
- 사전에 선정된 ‘지원 자료 리스트(Support for Korean Studies Resources list for EBOOKs)’에 포함되어 있는 자료 중에서만 신청이 가능합니다.

Details of the Support

The KF provides in-kind support for Korean studies EBOOKs. 

- We will send follow-up information to the applicant institution via separate email.
- Institutions that have already opened an EBOOK LIBRARY do not need to send information
- As announced in our call for applications, all resources must be selected from the designated Support for Korean Studies Resources list.

지원기관 의무사항

- KF 소정 양식의 지원동의서 및 개인정보활용 동의서에 대한 동의여부를 확인하고 있으며 이에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 지원이 제한됩니다. 
- 자료 수령 이후 30일 이내에 KF 소정 양식의 ‘수령 결과 보고서’를 제출하여야 하며, 기타 지원동의서에 명시된 의무를 반드시 이행하여야 합니다. 

 Responsibilities of the Recipient Institution

- Consent to the Terms & Conditions and Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement is required to receive support through this program. 
- Your institution must submit a “Report on Received Resources” to the KF, in the designated format, and comply with the responsibilities specified in the Terms & Conditions.

신청 관련 안내사항 

Support for Korean Studies Resources list for EBOOKs

- 자료 신청은 KF에서 업무를 위탁한 공앤박 주식회사에서 별도의 웹사이트를 통해 접수하고 관리합니다. 
- 웹 사이트 상에서 책 이미지를 클릭하거나 신청목록 리스트(Support for Korean Studies Resources list)를 다운로드 하시면 자료의 상세 정보를 확인하실 수 있습니다. 
- 전자책을 신청하는 경우, 신청자의 이메일로 안내 메일이 발송되며 이에 회신을 하면 사이트 개설 절차를 진행하게 됩니다. 
- 전자책의 "copy"는 동시에 열람할 수 있는 사용자의 수 입니다.
- 선택하는 자료가 품절/절판 등의 사유로 구매가 어려울 경우에는 지원이 되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 사이트에서 선택한 자료는 이후 로그인 시 저장이 되지 않습니다. 반드시 미리 엑셀파일 등을 통해 신청할 자료를 결정한 후에 사이트를 통한 신청을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 
- 신청목록 배송준비가 완료되면 이메일로 안내 후 자료를 발송합니다.

Application Guidelines

- Kong & Park Inc., the designated contractor of the KF, is in charge of the overall procedures, including managing this website, reviewing your selection of resources, and the purchasing, shipping, and handling of them. 
- Detailed information about available resources can be found either by clicking on the respective thumbnails or by downloading the list of available resources
- Recipients who select eBooks will receive instructions through email and are asked to respond with the requested information.
- The "copy" of the eBook means the number of people who can borrow the title at the saThe "copy" of the eBook means the number of people who can borrow the title at the same time.
- The website does not save selected resources until the next time you log in. To make the selection easier, please download the list as Excel file in advance, select your preferred resources, and then log in, search for the selected titles, and finish the application in one session. 
- Your institution will be notified via email when your selected resources are ready to be shipped. 

신청방법 

1. 소속되어 있는(신청하실) 기관명을 선택하고 시크릿코드를 입력 후 Mail Check & Next버튼을 클릭
2. 지원동의서, 개인정보활용동의서에 동의 여부를 확인하고 Next 버튼을 클릭
3. Search를 통해 원하는 자료 검색
4. 원하는 자료 우측에 체크박스로 신청목록을 추가, 합계금액 확인

6. 자료 선정이 완료되면, Check out 버튼을 클릭하여 배송지 정보를 입력
7. 배송정보 및 요청사항을 입력이 끝나면 Next 버튼클릭
8. 최종 신청금액 확인 및 시크릿 코드를 한번 더 입력 후 PAY NOW 버튼을 눌러 신청완료

How to Select Resources

1. Please make sure to use the Institution name and Secret code that you used when you applied for this support program and click on the Mail Check & Next button.
2. Please agree to the Terms & Conditions, agree to the Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement, and click on the Next button.
3. Search for the preferred resources in the search bar.
4. Add resources by clicking on the checkbox on the right side, then check the total amount. 

5. After the resources are selected, click on the Checkout button and add your shipping information.
6. After entering the shipping information and shipping requests, click on the Next button.
7. Verify the final amount and enter the Secret code again and click on the PAY NOW button to finalize the application.
